摘要: 高校辅导员队伍是学校师资队伍的重要组成部分,具有教师和行政人员的双重身份,也是开展大学生思想政治教育的
先锋力量。将SWOT分析法和AHP方法结合起来建立数学模型,对高校辅导员队伍建设所面临的机遇、困境、挑战等进行更
深层次的分析,为高校辅导员队伍建设的创新管理战略提出建议和对策。

Abstract: Counselors in colleges and universities are an important part of teaching faculty, with a double identity of teacher and
administrator, and are also the forefront of the ideological and political education. The SWOT analysis method and the AHP method are
combined to establish a mathematical model, which provides a deeper analysis of the opportunities, dilemmas and challenges faced by
the college counselor team construction, and provides suggestions and countermeasures for the innovative management strategy of the
college counselor team construction.
